North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture: NPR) (the “Company”) announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,272,727 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a price of CAD$0.88 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD$2,000,000 (the “Private Placement”).
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement to continue to secure mining assets, the continued development of its business and for general and administrative expenses.
