(TSX Venture: NPR and OTCQB: NPRLF) (the “Company” or “North Peak”) announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of a minimum of 3.0 million equity units of the Company (“Units”) at a price of C$1.00 per Unit (the “Offering Price”) for minimum gross proceeds of C$3.0 million and a maximum of 5.0 million Units at the Offering Price for maximum gross proceeds of up to C$5.0 million.
