(TSX Venture: NPR and OTCQB: NPRLF) (the “Company” or “North Peak”) is pleased to announce it has increased the maximum potential amount of its non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of equity units of the Company (“Units”) announced on February 17, 2026. The Company now intends the Private Placement to consist of up to a maximum of 5,750,000 Units at a price of C$1.00 per Unit for maximum gross proceeds of up to C$5,750,000.
