(TSX Venture: NPR) (the “Company”) announces closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,061,250 (the “Private Placement”). In connection with the Private Placement, 1,414,998 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) were issued at a price of $0.75 per Common Share.
