North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture: NPR) (the “Company”) is amending the terms of its non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”), previously announced on September 30, 2024. The Company now intends to issue up to 2,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of CAD$0.75 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD$1,500,000.
