North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture: NPR and OTCQB: NPRLF) (the “Company” or “North Peak”) announces that, further to its news release dated May 4, 2026, it has completed the previously announced purchase for cancellation of 1,000,000 common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) from Solarljos, LLC (“Solarljos”) at a price of C$0.80 per Share, for aggregate consideration of C$800,000 (the “Transaction”).
