(TSX Venture: NPR and OTCQB: NPRLF) (the “Company” or “North Peak”) is pleased to announce the initial closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$4,380,000 (the “Private Placement”). In connection with this closing of the Private Placement, on March 13, 2026, 4,380,000 equity units of the Company (“Units”) were issued at a price of C$1.00 per Unit.
