Nevada is a top tier mining jurisdiction hosting many of the largest gold mines in the world and consistently being ranked as one of the most attractive jurisdictions based on overall investment, mining policy and geological attractiveness.
The Eureka Mining district is located in the southern portion of the famous Battle Mountain/ Eureka trend. The district is a structurally complex area between the Central Nevada Thrust belt and the earlier Roberts Mountain thrust and allochthon. The District is known for its past production of significant amounts of rich Carbonate Replacement (CRD) style polymetallic ores of gold, silver and lead and was Nevada’s leading silver-lead district from 1869-1890.

Prospect Mountain Mine Complex
In May 2023, the Company acquired an 80% stake in the Prospect Mountain Mine complex and following a successful evaluation campaign, secured the remaining 20% in July 2025.
The Prospect Mountain Mine complex was the second largest historical producer within the Eureka camp, from largely CRD style deposits from more than 20 historic mines that were first active in 1880. Some of these mines produced some high grade material such as Williams - averaging 3.9 oz Au, 28.56 oz Ag.*
Despite the more than 150 year history of exploration and mining at the Prospect Mountain Mine complex, the property contains very limited recorded drilling.
The mountain is accessible from the East side through the Diamond portal sitting at 7,800 ft amsl, which was upgraded in 2000 to include running electricity, air and water lines into the mountain. Historic mining tracked readily leachable oxide mineralization from surface at 9500 ft amsl to the water table at 6500 ft amsl providing 3,000 ft (914m) of oxide potential (the deepest in the district).
There are extensive underground workings present on the property (approximately 11 miles of drifting and development) much of which is still accessible and in good shape. The mine is completely dry to the lowest levels of the workings due to still being above the water table.
In 2023, North Peak undertook a soil sampling campaign across the entire property as part of its evaluation under the inital option agreement. This identified both Carlin and CRD style mineralisation over a 3 km strike. In addition, a Mobile MT geophysical survey identified a 2 km anomaly sitting directly underneath the historical workings within the mountain.
A Plan of Operations is in place which covers part of the Property (totalling 81 acres) and entitles an operator to pursue surface exploration, underground mining of up to 365,000 tons per annum and certain infrastructural works. The surface exploration area was expanded in 2024 to 189 acres, allowing the potential to drill across much of the ridge of the mountain.
